Quizzes are the most difficult to predict the ideology because there are so many of them with different ideological views. In my opinion, the only true authority to finding your political stance as accurately as possible is with a certified professor in politics.

Well, Anarcho-Capitalism is a difficult ideology to categorize. Most liberal/capitalist-type theories require at least the presence of a state to function, and most anarchist theories explicitly reject anything that could even remotely be called capitalism. It's probably a problem with that specific one.
Clinton, as a left-wing neoliberal(as the test puts it) was different from Thatcher's or Pinochet's right-wing neoliberalism(as the test puts it), so it would make sense to separate the two styles of neoliberalism, although the test shows an obvious leaning towards liberal or socialist style ideologies in terms of coverage.
For me, I thought the first five or six were reasonably accurate in terms of agreement/influence, but not completely. It does seem to have a breakdown in accuracy sooner or later in the chart.
