I loved driving those guys nuts, because I always left plenty of time to get to class, so when they tried to get me to sign a bunch of those, I'd read every last one. Another popular tactic with those is the first 2 or 3 are really agreeable things like about renewable energy and closing tax loopholes... and at the very bottom of the stack, the last one would be something like that idiotic "girls under 18 need parental permission for an abortion" or something else controversial/unpopular.
