No. I have never seen they're ads.

Well then there's your issue.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

They're nutters.

I'm all for animal rights (this doesn't necessitate vegetarianism/veganism though) but there are so many more important things to worry about right now. And PETA have this really irritating way of being offended by everything.

We'd probably be better off just not raising cows at all. Livestock are environmentally catastrophic, and there are other sources of calcium.

I understand that you are also saying this for religious reasons, but just so you know. i love beef

Also, PETA are colossal arsewipes.

What if we have certain cow's designated to be milk cows and food cows. Give the cow's 4 year's of life. Fatten them up. Then kill them peacefully. Just give them a ejection that puts them to sleep. Save the cow's from going through the pain. And we would have more milk cows then food cows.

Beef actually requires more food grain, as per peta :

It takes up to 13 pounds of grain to produce just 1 pound of meat, and even fish on fish farms must be fed up to 5 pounds of wild-caught fish to produce 1 pound of farmed fish flesh.
http://www.peta.org/issues/animals-used ... resources/

While Cows that that give milk eat grass that is more economically sustainable than, grass fed beef is more expensive , I don't think fatten up cows is really a good idea

Oh, and I will also note that PETA would object just as strenuously to farming cows for milk instead of meat. Or farming them at all. Or keeping them as pets. Or doing anything except letting them roam free.

Depends on the animal and quality of the feed. Cows use more than other animals, but if the feed is good quality it can be as low as four pounds. Which will still be required even if we're not slaughtering them. At the end of the day, it's a net reduction in the amount of food available.

Considering PETA wastes a butt ton of their money/funds on euthanasia of animals in their care (rather than getting more shelters), sending little welcome baskets to kill shelters, shaming/terrorizing no-kill shelters, buying paint to throw on people, putting together sap stories, and making crappy flash games-all of this as opposed to actually helping animals out-I think they're just a bunch of hypocritical dipshits.

The theory of protecting animals is good, but the way that they go about it is batshit insane. Treating animals ethically is fine, but putting out comics attempting to turn children against their parents is wrong. Their taking of animals into their shelters almost solely to euthanize them, instead of attempting to find the adoptable ones homes is wrong. Their equating the AKC with the KKK is wrong. Their equating meat eaters with Nazis is wrong.
Gun control is like trying to solve drunk driving by making it harder for sober people to own cars.

The world has about 1.3 billion cows, which is more than enough to give people their milk. (Doesn't really effect me though, cause I absolutely hate milk. It's disgusting, but that's another topic.) They're all worth the same, and besides, if you're going to defend one, defend all of em.

I really don't care about what people eat outside india, some people even eat dogs and snakes, should I bother about them ?

In a country where net availability of food grains is decling courtesy America, we really cannot afford even 2.5 kilograms
