I would disagree with the unisex bathroom, by third gender I am referring to the people who deviate from their gender, it would be less discriminatory and it would keep transgender people out of male/female bathrooms

Ideally they should not deviate from their genders and cause problems so I think anything we do would give them a fair shot, I agree with the senator because let us be honest, you would not want a transgender/ homosexual person in the same bathroom as you, let us be perfectly honest about it

That's because it's a concept I've been sheltered from by society, that I've never had to contemplate until my adult years, that I'm just going to have to deal with.
It's not 1964.

To be perfectly honest I wouldn't care.Imperialpowersofkorea wrote:it is 2015 but I would not want someone like that in a bathroom with me, I bet secretly you would not too

I suspect that the "vast majority" of people don't care. As for having a trans-gender person in the bathroom with you, I doubt you would even notice. This may come as a shock to you but not all non-heterosexual people are sex maniacs.

I am sorry sir but I doubt that a vast majority of people would like transgender/homosexuals in the bathroom with them, there should be a reason that a person as distinguished as a senator would put forth such a law. I don't think he is foolish and he is a man representing the views of his constituency so I highly doubt it
