I'm going to address these arguments in as much a non-flamey way as possible.
1. Atheism is not a religion nor an ideology. Atheism does not promote 'sin', because it has no definition of it. There are no followers of atheism, no believers in atheism, there are simply atheists. The world used to describe someone who does not believe in a God. Atheism is not a political stance. It's not on the left-right scale, and it doesn't promote or deny anything except the existence of a God.
2. Why shouldn't we ban atheism? Because there's no reason to. Your only evidence insofar has been the Bible, which you cannot prove is true. Atheism doesn't need proof because it's not an ideology. It's not something to be proved. It's just something to think. There's no proof for either a God or no God, and some people decide not to believe in one for that reason.
3. Science, as well, is not an ideology. Science is not something you believe in, something you worship. It is fact. It is something you know. A scientific theory has been PROVEN. You can't dismiss science because you don't believe in it. To do that is LITERALLY denial of reality. Christianity is religion, science is fact.
4. Atheism does not spur crime. We receive our morals based on human instinct. Why don't we murder? Because it will make a lot of people sad and if you're not a psychopath then you probably don't want that to happen. Our morals are based on the consequences just as much as yours, but without any heaven/hell. And for the majority of inmates being atheists... source pl0x.
5. No country in the developed world goes by religious law, and they're no more compelled to go by your holy book than any other religious laws in the world.
