To define adult it is a person who is fully grown and developed. And age of consent for sexual activity varies by state and country but for example in my state North Carolina the age of consent is 16 years old, so if the participants are 16 years old or above then they can do whatever they want sexually because its nobodies business as long as no one is harmed.
