What? You realize most UN members are not NATO members. And that NATO was established to fight communism during the cold war. What communist nation would support the absorption of NATO.
Perhaps a larger peacekeeping force, maybe. But the UN is supposed to promote peace, not force it.
I say give the IJC more power to exercise punishments and make is rulings actually mean something.
