Worst Leader your (RL) Country ever had?

So, hey guys.
This should stimulate a lively debate, I think. The question is pretty simple. Who do you think is the worst President, Primer Minister, Dictator, Monarch (etc) your country has ever had, and why so? I'm leaving the question vague, because I want to see how you define ''a bad leader.''

Of course, if you are not entirely sure, you can put more people on your list.




So, let's start with me.

Argentina:
Videla and Leopoldo Fortunato Galtieri can both be classified as the worst leaders of Argentina. When they left office, Argentina was in economic ruin. Videla became President after a military coup in 1976, starting Argentina's last and bloodiest military dictatorship. During his term,he illegally arrested, tortured and executed thousands of innocent civilians. (Videla did also 'continue' Isabel's Peron fight against extreme left wing terrorism.)

And no, Cristina Kirchner, Nestor Kirchner and Carlos Menem aren't the worst leaders Argentina ever had.

Germany:
Hitler.

The Netherlands: -Where I live
Must be Hitler. Oh, wait ''Arthur-Seyss Inquart''.

Hitler was NOT a ruler of the Netherlands, my country.

The german occupier, Arthur-Seyss Inquart, along with Anton Mussert, is by far the worst.

I'm really offende by the opinion of you that Hitler was a ruler of our country. He wasn't.

I really care. Arthur-Seyss Inquart was the ruler, and I learned that on school, but Hitler was basically the leader.
