Holy shit, this is hilarious. It's like watching a Filipino welterweight on meth taking on Helen Keller after a solid morning of bong hits.

Lets just be really honest with things

We live in a men dominated society, I hate it but thats a fact, things like this wont disappear and women will always be the weaker sex, it is just made that way. Harsh yes but that's the truth, you cannot punish men for the weaknesses of women. I am in favor of castration for rapists but as far work goes, I have never seen sexual harassment, I really think sexual harassment is rather rare but if such thing happens the male employee should be thrown inside prison and locked up there forever, not only is he giving society headaches but if you make it unsafe for women, it would be bad for business. There is nothing better than cutting down every employees salary and I personaly think wages should be kept at bare minimum necessary because profit, if you look at it arises out of that but than what we are asking for is difficult . I remain pessmitic about gender equality and see it only happening after 100 years

You see lets rewind 50 years ago, it was unheard of women going to work, I wasn't born then but women started working like 20 years ago before that they would prolly be married off and siting at home as housewife's. This is a relatively new concept and I am in favor of it but I am in favor of cutting costs too

So why was that maternity pay act passed in 1961, 53 years ago?

The government was progressive but people are still regressive in nature, until the 1970's women did not work except those of a particular caste but that is gone thank god but it is still difficult

Manisdog this is what I was saying. THe women in your workplace are not creating the problem (assuming of course it is only men doing the assaults). It is the men in your culture who are creating the problem. Yet you are blaming the women for a situation they did not create, for crimes they did not commit. Instead of punishing the victims of a crime, which is what you are suggesting, and thus supporting those criminals who perform the assault in the first place, you should instead punish the men who commit those assaults (and for now the men of society) so that the culture changes so that such a situation improves.

From World War II on quite a lot of women were working as teachers or secretaries, actually.

In the U.S., at least.

Wouldn't it be just better if you only hire men and thus reduce the possiblity of sexual harrasment ?

Why would one pay equal wage to someone who is less reliable, less effiencient and legally in some cities cannot work after eight pm ?

I am sorry folks, I see no end to this and would disagree strongly on this and I also am convinced many of you women would not understand this but I think the world would teach this to you

How do you know an individual woman is going to be less reliable or efficient before hiring her?

Yes, let's blame it on the fact that he's a man and not the fact that he is just an ignorant person, because as we've established all men are out to get women.

Exclude women from the workplace because men can't keep their hands off them?

No. The fair solution would be to exclude men from the workplace until they can keep their hands off women.

Why would you insist on punishing the victims?

To be fair you did randomly blurt out the "NOT ALL MEN" thing just a page ago.

And to be fair it was completely uncalled for and he's right to call you out on it.
