Somalia isn't the only country without universal healthcare. It's a country that didn't have a government for decades (until 2012). That's why it was proposed as a libertarian paradise.

Also, this has to be a joke. Surely anyone knows that it's easier to have a higher increase in percentage of GDP when the GDP when the GDP is lower than it is when it's higher. If not, let's use a simple example to illustrate how this works. If I have one thing and you have 100 things and we each gain one more thing, I have experienced a 100% increase in things while you have experienced a 1% measly increase.

Also, despite this, the percentage increase of the GDP in Somalia is smaller than that of the USA.

Most African Nations rank low in economic freedom and cannot be considered "Free Market" by any means. However, economic liberalization in the past in places like America, Hong Kong and China have greatly improved the economy.
