Not really. I mean I've been lifting normal 40 - 60 pounds stuff today, but I don't see that as particularly heavy.

How can I tell? :p

I usually lift things as if I'd do a deadlift, if that's any indication: I bend my knees, then bend my back to pick it up and then back up.

Even if I walk or sit down for an extended period of time it ends up hurting.
