There was a UN leak on the Arctic a few days ago, within the next 30 years there is not going to be any ice there. That is when Canada is at biggest risk at losing its sovereignty. The Russians field more subs and ships and the US is staying out of it and trying to claim their own slice. Before then I hope the Russian economy tanks and hopefully balkanzies even more so that they are weak.
