"A person with a penis" is a more accurate and less intentionally insulting term than "a real man".

As someone attracted to men, I approve. The genitals aren't at all a necessary part of the pack, actually trans males often seem more interesting (no hate for fellow penis-owners, though).

Also, he seems to forget not everybody is hetero.
