Apparently debating and going against ignorance and conservative belief makes us ''intolerant'' and ''oppressive'' to some degree that I can't fathom, I'm guessing because we're destroying morality? How that is I've no idea. I mean God doesn't even /hate/ Satan - I highly doubt he'd hate LGBT.

Transgender people aren't hurting anybody - I've a feeling that the big transphobia comes more from shallow people who worry that that woman they slept with last night may have had a penis at one point. I personally wouldn't care - You were always female - your history is not of my business, it's not my place to ask either. I'm more inclined to love the person for who they are inside, not because of their flesh or what they had or didn't have outside. If someone's afraid simply because of that, then you seriously need a reality check. Hate is bad enough, ignorance is just as bad, a person who's that shallow however is much worse. I'm also quite confident that your bible or whatever scripture states to not judge someone - especially over what someone is or was outside - since if I recall correctly, Judgement is reserved for the all mighty whoever that may be. Anyone who's willing to preach so openly words that only spread fear or hate, it's not preaching, you've poisoned the very religious text you proclaim to follow by.

well the only intolerant and oppressive thing liberals do, at least in the board generalization of the USA's liberals, is the pc crap, but that's like... people being oversensitive, on the behave of someone else when they're not even offended, for no good reason. also destroying morality? no because morals are to be adopted not enforced by law (unless there's harm involved physical and emotional, that's usually a two for). (edit: just commenting on the idea of morality into law.)

As for the fundie hatred, they tend to disguise it under the veil of "loving the sinner, hating the sin", while ignoring the fact that considering it to be a sin (especially after creating people this way) is inherently incompatible with the rational, merciful, loving God required by basic Christian doctrine, in the same way that walking to the east is inherently incompatible with simultaneously walking to the west.

I just realized the ultimate irony of this.

In most duck species the female duckling knows instinctively what kind of male it'll want to mate with, but the male duckling learns the kind of female it'll look for from its mother's looks. If eggs from another species end up in the nest - as sometimes when well-meaning people try to rescue abandoned eggs - the male will grow up thinking it's this other species.

So there are ducks that are have transspecies identities.

I would argue that duck is possibly the worst thing to use as an excuse against trans-identities.

Chromosomal, genital, gonadal, endocrine and neurological sexual corporealities might all be independent from each other, and all have vast possibilities of ambiguous states. Actually there's no binary male or female neurologically speaking.
