Smoking does put others at greater risk of death, that's why in many countries smoking in the workplace is illegal.
Without considering second-hand smoking does cause what is known as a "black lung".
For those who are interested in what that is, just google image it. I'm not posting pictures of a lung in here because I am not sure that's kosher.
