Peoples of NS, what is the most heinous crime that can be committed?

In my opinion, the most heinous and despicable crime that can be committed would be the individual mass accumulation of wealth and resources, whilst other individuals do not have the basic necessities to survive and live a life. Whether committed by a single person, a corporation, or a state; this crime is the worst of all. Of course, in today's society, to do such a thing is not a crime at all. But it should be.

What is the appropriate punishment for said crime?

Those who directly accumulate excessive wealth or resources, or those who organize the accumulation of excessive wealth or resources should either be put to death or excluded from the resource-pool that society creates collectively (exile). This is justified, for these criminals have done the most heinous act of starving a large number of people of their livelihoods. The life of one pig is worth nothing compare to the welfare of the masses.

Well, I think it depends on why humanity goes extinct in the first place. I wouldn't call a pandemic not caused by biological warfare a crime. Besides, Keith Richards will still be here with cockroaches long after the rest of us are gone.

In a serious manner, probably genocide. Punishment depends on how massive the genocide was, with a minimum punishment of life in prison.

There is no answer to this question. The "most heinous crime" is subjective- one person might think one crime is not as severe as another, while another person will think the opposite.
