There's a difference between having buddies in NSG, and having a circle of friends where I live. I know people, and some people like me, but I can't say I have a circle of friends where I live. I do not. And it's in a big measure my fault. I have the social skills of a turnip. And, well, I'm not religious so... The closest friend I have is Gidge, and she lives in Canada.

Don't worry, I don't have any friends round here either, due to the fact that all my previous friends were in highschool when I went to college. Then again, the internet is a great place to say things and make friends! In stark contrast to how many posts I have here, I probably talk about.. Twenty times a day when I'm not with my girlfriend. And it's always easy to find good friends in real life. Libraries are often full of intelligent people who wish they had friends just like you who are silly and smart and goofy!

Then again, my childhood friends left in Grade 5 (one moved to Langham, then a farm near it, before moving to Warman, the other went to French Immersion and only saw her twice since then, one when we had to attend a band lesson, and one at a Robin's Donuts), due to bullying (I was also bullied by the other friend when she was with Amanda).

Basically, I don't really trust people my age (I have developed sort of close ties to Alysha and Milah, but that's about it). At least I still keep in contact with Raija's family (her youngest stepsister and I are pretty close friends).

Yeah. I know only one NSer, but I haven't saw him in a few years (and I only knew he was on NS in October) in RL. I also know that another NSer is in Saskatoon (but I haven't met him yet), and I tried to recruit one of my friends who was interested in politics to the game but she decided against it.

As for me, I have a small circle of friends, but they're kind of more acquaintances.

Well, with Gidge is more because we've met and have hung out and I talk to her through FB quite often.I'm trying to see if I can visit in the Fall. I'm meeting Coffee Cakes in August. But none of them live anywhere nearby. My circle of friends is back in Spain.

I see. As for my elementary classmates, none went with me to Evan Hardy (one went to Bedford, the rest went to Tommy Douglas). But I adjusted (Alysha at the time took after-school drama classes but I didn't realize it until she pointed it out to me).

I probably am. I'm 1/7th Irish, 1/7th Russian, 1/7th Ukrainian, 1/7th German, 1/7th Norwegian, 1/7th Polish, and 1/7th English, so I'm about 3/7th Slav, 3/7th Germanic, and 1/7th Celtic.

I know. I did adjust, but I only keep in touch with them by Facebook, if at all. I also had a couple childhood friends named Avery and Gabrielle who left in Grade 4 for a Catholic school. I never heard anything from them since.
