In response to the question; Why should we oppose any ethnic nationalist nation-building project, such as Greater Germany, Greater Netherlands, or Greater Indonesia?

Actually I'd very much prefer the Zionism out of the Middle East applied by the Warsaw Pact countries to be in the form of a buffer zone in Europe itself.

From Russia's border with Norway to Slovenia's border with Italy (the specific countries to be crossed would be discussed).

No, they still lived there until the Roman Empire came, so it was still their land.
