And yet they were ending it while your ancestors wanted it continued.
See we can play generalizations as well.

Do you know why the Confederacy's flag never flew on a ship plying the Atlantic slave route?
Because the British, after abolishing slavery in their empire in 1807, created a fleet of ships with the explicit purpose of shutting down the Atlantic slave trade by patrolling the coasts of Africa and intercepting any ships carrying slaves. The US itself followed suit that year, but did not ban the internal trade of slaves, just the trans-Atlantic trade.
So the reason why the Confederacy never flew its flag over a slave ship was that literally every other Western power at the time had banned slavery in all its forms, and the Confederates were forced to acquire slaves from their existing populations in the CSA.

And I am well aware of that.
Also we are talking about a flag that was never the confederate national flag.
It was a BATTLE flag never a symbol of the CSA government.
This was a flag for the army ONLY.

Even in the agricultural sector, Northern farmers were out-producing their southern counterparts in several important areas, as Southern agriculture remained labor intensive while northern agriculture became increasingly mechanized. By 1860, the free states had nearly twice the value of farm machinery per acre and per farm worker as did the slave states, leading to increased productivity. As a result, in 1860, the Northern states produced half of the nation's corn, four-fifths of its wheat, and seven-eighths of its oats.

By United State's warships.
The entire southern economy was based on slavery.
England couldn't use them. France theoretically could have used them. The North couldn't use them.

For a thing, Ifreann and Avenio has pretty much implied that (especially Ifreann who insists that the "flag of slavery", is the Confederate one). I just want to be fair and deliver justice to all the "players" that participated in this game, more or less.

It is the flag of slavery, because while the other flags represented governments that eventually abolished the slave trade and slavery itself, the battle flag in question was the only one representing the army of a nation founded specifically with the motivation of maintaining and expanding that institution.

I agree for one thing. If the whole country-members of the slave market were a royal dynasty, the Confederacy would certainly be its most notorious king. But because Hitler "played" more cruelly than Franco, doesn't change the fact that they were both oppressive dictators, for example.
