You should do what we do and require bishops to be selected from among monastics. I think it's a really good policy.

Oh...that sound glorious. Nice and devout bishops right from the get go. Th only problem I could see is in making the Bishop seem more faraway than they already do.

I believe in god because I prefer believing in something that teaches me morals, life lessons, love amd compassion. Furthermore I am not a saint christian..

I'm a deist, I've abandoned organized religion as I can't agree with much of the doctrine of organized religion.

Often, allowing the church to interfere with politics is a bad idea, as can be seen from events like the Inquisition. Better to leave the church on its own and let it perform its function than to give it a place in government and reduce it to nothing but a tool in seizing power.

Therefore, I feel that secularism at a national level is actually beneficial to the church, as it prevents the church from becoming corrupted.

I agree; the idea behind secularism is good, but usually the implementation is terrible, and just ends up oppressing the religious.
