I've created this due to the local elections and European elections coming up.
I've listed the Eurowide parties that they are members of.
I'm so fed up with most parties (as is most Irish people) that I'd vote for Sinn Fein, Other Left and Independent.

How right wing is the Irish Labour party, compared to say the British Labour party?

I'd support "other left".

I'll go for Labour. I don't like Fine Gael, I'm not voting for any party which was once led by Eamon de Valera and I'm certainly not voting for terrorists.

I'm going for Labour.

Labour seems good. Fianna Fáil is moderate, and I'd support them, but they seem agrarian, populist, and socially conservative as well, which is bad.

I'm not an expert on it but let's say Labour.

You're going to struggle to find many parties in Ireland that aren't social conservative in all fairness, even Sinn Fein doesn't support fully legalised abortion.

I know less about Irish Politics than I do about Irish food, and until recently I thought corned beef was Irish.

There's quite a lot of competition for that spot actually, I'd throw Spain and Portugal into the mix. Certain area's of Scotland are pretty horrific.

Seriously though, the countries are staunchly catholic and immigrants aren't exactly treated well. Abortion is also getting illegalised in Spain soon.

Did they already pass a law regarding abortion becoming illegal?

Legal in cases of rape or life threatening situations, but the woman has to go through a hefty process and get multiple doctors to vouch for her. This is actually reactionary as abortion is currently legal on demand, so it's not even social conservatism, it's a step beyond that.
