The design of the statue actually doens't look overtly Satanic (no offense guys), kinda based on the Baphomet, not my personal taste, but hey, I've seen worse, so classy.

Also, calling for people to get shot is generally perceived as bad, mkay.

Especially when the group calling for the killing has a far higher body-count over the course of history than the target group ever will.

Okay, calling both groups annoying is fairly mild "All X is Y trolling." But the advocating that they should be encouraged to kill one another takes it right over the line.

Sadly, it seems like many (the Satanists) have abandoned faith and hope -- probably because their minds have been hijacked by evil powers -- , and instead preach fear, death, incest, necrophilia, human sacrifice etc.

"All Satanists are evil/want to destroy the world/hijacked by evil/preach etc etc etc" = All X are Y = trolling.

*** Magna Libero, warned for trolling. ***

You were fine right up until you stopped attacking the argument and went after the poster. This is not cool. You only get an unofficial warning to cut out the flaming/flamebaiting, since you appear to have a clean slate so far.

The Republic Of Ardenhelm wrote: If they do that I will go there myself and knock it down. I try to be reasonable-

"Reasonable" is not confessing on a public forum your intent to commit an act of vandalism.
The Republic Of Ardenhelm wrote:YES it would be, you fool. What the hell is evil, <---oh wait! CAN I BE ANYMORE SARCASTIC? (calming down) I cant believe people are actually debating this? Its just dumb, you can call them godly people, im sure some are, but they are so confused as to worship something representing, yes evil.

And then flaming and trolling Satanists, to boot.
The Republic Of Ardenhelm wrote:I WILL KNOCK ANY EVIL STATUE DOWN JUST THE SAME, they all represent the same concept. Cruelty, rape, violence, murder, meanness.

You know, Nationstates site staff has had to cooperate with law enforcement in the past when they come knocking. Just sayin'. Also, more trolling.

Some more trolling!

And flaming...

More trolling...

Good grief, when I started the trawl I was going to peg you with just a warning since you'd kept your nose clean for almost literally a full year. But the sheer volume and variety of offenses on display here in just a handful of pages nets you a *** 7-day ban for trolling/flaming/threatening criminal activity. ***

A tad redundant since you're being puppetswept due to an unreleated matter, but *** warned for advocating murder/threadjacking ***.

Everyone else, I know some people have a knee-jerk reaction to "OMG SATANISTS!" but keep in mind that doesn't give you free license to break the site rules. If you can't post without the knee-jerk reaction, do yourselves and moderation a favor and don't post until and unless you can calm down about it. Mods have had to visit this thread at least twice now; keep in mind that our patience is liable to be short if we need to come knocking a third time.

Thank you Reppy. I knew this thread would be controversial. I did not expect such a storm however.

Someone seriously needs to clean out this threads plumbing before another storm occurs.

Oh it's my joy to know that Satanists wish to revere the Prophet, peace be upon him! But as a good Muslim I would like to remind that he shall not condone idols made in his name.

To be honest, considering the topic it is rather touchy; and it can be quite a storm.

I'm not really worked up over the issue, probably because of my views over Satan... I see statues of other angels all the time... so why not HaSatan?

I find your views rather refreshing. They give me a different viewpoint on the whole mythology.

Now that you mention it, no. It was disbanded at the end of the war.

I've been claiming NSDAP membership for more than three years. What prompted you to question it now?

Well, yeah. Why do you think I haven't chucked you in an oven? It's because I am not a real Nazi. That and I am baking cookies and they take up a lot of space...

The only talking head that made any since was the guy saying that no religious monument should be on any state land. It's not the government's place to decide what religion is bad and what religion is good. As a high school kid, I came across what was clearly some sort of satanic alter in the woods, and what I saw was established over time and it scared the shit out of me (when I was a kid). Doesn't mean all satanists would participate or even approve of some of the shit that I saw there. With that said, native americans have had a lot of evil shit done to them in the name of christianity, doesn't mean all christians would approve of the overwelming amount of shit that happened to Indians in the name of Jesus. Bottom line, the history of faith has put scars on people and some apprehension is understandable when it comes to the relationship of peoples of different faiths. However, tolerance and understanding is present in all faiths any yet universal in none. Try to judge people on the content of their character and not their practice of faith and the world will become one step closer to a better place.

Although, we Jews can't due so due to angels being of heaven and earth. But if others want to do so, well that's up to them. I don't quite get the idea of worshiping the servant (for Theistic Satanists) but if that is what they want, whatever.

I also leave it to the prophets, who've seen angels to depict them, but if others have an idea I'm welcome to it.

Because that is irrelevant, Satan in and of itself is evil. Ask any priest. Caught on yet?

So if I was to ask a Satanic priest, you guarantee that he would say that Satan is evil?

Also there's this little thing about clergymen not being the most scientific sources of information. First we need cold, hard proof of the existence of God and Satan before we can truly progress. If this cannot be done, this whole discussion is without value.

Could you clarify what you mean by this? What is the "little thing" that you mean?

Satanists are human too you know.
No matter how twisted their beliefs are suppose to be according to some.
