Wooooooooooow. X/

As much as I don't like the Cowboys, it's no fun without Tony Romo playing...

I do hate Dallas something fierce. I kind of feel like I have to root for Dak though, I called him being NFL Starter ready, and I was a fan of his college ball.

Trevor Siemian will do better as a starter than Sanchez until Paxton Lynch is ready. Maybe the Broncos don't have a QB issue with Sanchez out of the mix.

A tragic turn of events

My fantasy team (without me realising unfortunetly) had left my back up QB to the last pick. And the guy who was highest on the board. Butt fumble. Bleh.

Bout time. You can demand more money once you've proven yourself as a capable player. And not a moment before. You're gonna get way more than the average joe no matter what anyway.

Sanchez is dispensable, so the Broncs should keep two; Siemian as a plug-gap until handing over the reins to Paxton Lynch as he develops or is ready.

There goes the Vikings season: Teddy Bridgewater suffers 'significant' knee injury.

According to several unconfirmed eye witness reports his leg snapped and was "flapping around".

Devastating development for a team that was just starting to become relevant again. I wish him the best in his recovery.

He won't. They're saying that this is a season-ending injury at a minimum, and from what I've seen, it looks to be quite likely career-ending. The Vikings just went from being serious playoff contenders to never making the playoffs ever again. My theory is that somewhere along about 2002 or 2003 someone put a curse on the Twin Cities, and now that it has thoroughly destroyed the Twins, it's gone to work on the Vikings. :(

Pain... so much pain...

There was so much hope for this season too. It just shows how even teams with good prospects can lose their chances in an instant due to injury. No one is safe...

Well hello Barky Mingo :)
I do not support Donald J. Trump

I read that there's no nerve or arterial damage, so it's thought that the injury won't be career threatening, and he'll make a full recovery.

Is Bridgewater's injury worse than the one that Cruz was hit by?

An ACL tear is probably the worst tear an athlete can suffer. However, recovery depends on other factors than just the main thing. Nerve damage, how it heals, etc
