Because full bracket takes too long to wait for. Seven games is long enough. Hockey fans and players are usually impatient, we're not all goalies, remember that as I take a slapshot at ya :P

Also, reminder: last call for the overall rankings. Once puck drops in the first game today, the game will be limited to the players that got their bets in.

The Montreal/Tampa Bay game was quite exciting. I have a feeling that most of the games between these two teams will be played the same way.

Speaking of goaltenders: http://www.lighthousehockey.com/2013/8/ ... ot-real-no

Tim Thomas' house is packed with pre-teen girls in pretty pink princess dresses. The Vezina and Conn Smythe Trophy winner is frantically searching for his goalie mask and pads while trying to not step on Barbie dolls and roller skates and tiaras. The girls were invited to the house by Thomas' roommate Ilya Bryzgalov, who misunderstood the type of "Tea Party" that Thomas is most closely associated with.

Episode 1: "Pilot." Tim is training extra hard to get back into game shape after his time off. Bryz thinks Tim needs to relax a little with his Tea Party friends. Unfortunately, the type of tea party Bryz organizes isn't the kind Tim appreciates (hence the house full of princesses).
Episode 4: "Scent of Husky." Tim loses one of Bryz's prized Siberian huskies during a walk. While trying to find the dog, Tim has to keep Bryz occupied with various outlandish tasks like looking for a left-handed monkey wrench at the local hardware store.
Episode 6: "Bryz's Biscuits." Bryz bakes a batch of his grandmother's famous Russian Red Raisin cookies and Tim is blown away by their deliciousness. The two decide to sell the cookies for extra cash, but quickly run afoul of the Chicago Board of Health thanks to Bryz's unsafe food preparation practices and breaking of child labor laws.
Episode 7: "A Gift for Grabbo." Tim and Bryz realize they never bought wedding presents for fellow free agent Mikhail Grabovski. After arguing about what to get the newlyweds, they decide to buy separate gifts then choose which would be best. Tim settles on his and hers monogrammed semi-automatic rifles, while Bryz wants to give Mr. and Mrs. Grabovski a litter of endangered Iberian lynxes.

Thank you for not waiting for me! Went out, had a blast, came home at 4 AM, and, well it was kind of like a Crimean celebration :P

Anyways: Blues, Pens, Avs.

And remember, if you guys miss the Blues can, you can always sing Blues and bet on the other two :P
