Here it is, a new season with the new Premier League fixtures announced.

England:
Premier League fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/pre ... e/fixtures
Championship fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/cha ... p/fixtures
League One fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/league-one/fixtures
League Two fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/league-two/fixtures
FA Cup Final: 17 May 2014

Man Utd begin a new era with an away match with Swansea, while Liverpool meet Stoke at home. The FA Cup final is having its own day in the football calendar next year, for the first time since 2010. This year, Sky (BSkyB) Sports, BBC and BT Sport are the TV partners, and Hawk-eye goal-line technology will be making its début this season, hoping to resolve the most demanding disputes.

Scotland:
Scottish Premier League fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/sco ... r/fixtures
Scottish First Division fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/sco ... n/fixtures
Scottish Second Division fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/sco ... n/fixtures
Scottish Third Division fixtures: http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/sco ... n/fixtures

Note that Rangers are now in the Second Division as they try to rebuild after their financial troubles. Celtic open their campaign with a match against Ross County, while Hearts begin their SPL campaign with a 15-point deduction after going into Administration.

The Scottish Professional Football League will replace the Scottish Football League from this season. Hampden Park will be closed from November 2013 because of the Commonwealth Games in 2014.

France:

Bayern Munich aim for their 23rd Bundesliga title this season.

Greece:
Superleague: http://uk.soccerway.com/national/greece/super-league
Football League: http://uk.soccerway.com/national/greece/football-league

40-time winner Olympiacos will be the defending Superleague champions while Apollon Smyrni will defend their Football League title. Nova Sports, and not the troubled ERT, have the TV rights.

Netherlands:

Other key events for 19 June 2013:

Newcastle United's managing director Derek Llambias resigns after five years at the club. Llambias resigns only 24 hours after former manager Joe Kinnear returns to the club as the director of football.

First reply's going to be a gripe at the fixture list.

Okay, we got Fulham at home on the opening day, that's not too bad... our next seven home fixtures are the top six from last season, plus the derby against Newcastle?

Ah well, best to get them out of the way.

Also, the recent news from St. James' has to be worth a chuckle. Joe Kinnear.

Damn conference not announcing their fixtures for a couple more weeks.

Also I heard rumours that BT sport are going to be showing conference matches. Any one have any more details? Can't find anything on the BT website.

Is there any interest in a Premier League prediction game? 3 points for a correct score, 1 for correct result, and maybe a bonus point a week for various other predictions?

I was pleased to learn today that we will, after all, be playing every other team in the division twice.

Was worried for a minute there, but the always exciting and totally newsworthy release of the fixture list cleared things up for me.

Sure, I will probably suck at it though.

You can look forward to Sunderland finishing above Newcastle this season. It's almost guaranteed.

Yeah it's where I heard it. But Premier Sports TV (current provider of Non-League football) are stating they still hold the rights and will be showing it next year so am not sure.

So far for dibs.

Anyway, include the Dutch fixtures in the OP please. I see that you made space for Greece, so space for another less relevant set of competitions ought to be possible. Here are the fixtures for the two professional leagues in the Netherlands. http://bin617-02.website-voetbal.nl/sit ... 3-2014.pdf

Yep. I assume someone will set up a fantasy league as well, once that's live for the new season?

I was a bit surprised by that, personally.

I had started to think that maybe Sir Alex retired as a cover for his new role as fixture generator (as suggested by Rafa once upon a time) but this turn of events blows that theory out of the water, eh?

Well... I guess it's a trial by fire for Moyes in those first five matches. Here's to hoping that the squad responds well to his managerial style.

For a second there, I thought we weren't going to be playing every team three times before the split (that's how we roll in the SPL).
Please note: Central Lothian is the direct successor to Mid Lothian*. As a result, I am still called Rebecca, I am still a Grammar Nazi and most information pertaining to ML also applies to CL (although I will be taking this time to change a few things).

* - And I may refer to the country as Mid Lothian. If I do, assume that I mean Central Lothian. (And not to be confused with "Midlothian" - I'm using that as a fascist version of CL.)
