Many of them are literally ordered to rape and murder civilians for sheer intimidation.

Killing them is nothing like just randomly killing an innocent civilian.

Is there a single FSA? I understand that there are like a dozen rebel factions.

Nor did I ever suggest that 'we' (who is this 'we'?) should ship gold and guns to any specific faction.

But on the scale of horrid atrocities that happen in Syria 'someone ate basically a Nazi soldier's heart' doesn't even begin to register.
