He's not. He's making up bullshit, and pretending that in an imaginary future where white people are a minority, everyone is going to discriminate against us and call it comeuppance. It's just a ludicrous fantasy in the service of a persecution complex.

It makes perfect sense when looking at the demographic trends that White people will become even more of a minority globally than they are now, the only question is- will that mean worse treatment for White people? My expectation is that yes, any skin color which sticks out from the crowd does provoke negative reactions.

The main reason Whites in the US have their privilege is simply because they are the majority group. But once they are the fewest in number, that privilege will quickly cease to exist and it will instead go to the new majority group which will be free to assert itself against those in the minority.

Ancestors? Affirmative Action was created about 50 years ago to deal with problems in modern society. I daresay a great many of those who discriminated and were discriminated against are still alive. Ancestors, right.

Exactly. I live in Helsinki, Finland myself, and am happy to say that the minority situation here is very good. The law here is that discrimination based on sex, gender, race, religion etc. is always illegal, whether negative or positive (don't look at me like that. In the UK, AA is called "positive discrimination"). I understand, though, that in some places (the Midwest for one) have it differently, if not in theory but in practice. It's just that choosing one applicant over another based on a quality they have no control over is inherently wrong, if said quality has no effect on their achievements.

AA is not only illogical, but is actually damaging to minorities. More often than not, the degrees earned by blacks and Hispanics are looked at as less valuable because they gained them through Affirmative Action, and thus business owners will hire someone they believe has actually earned their degree as opposed to having it handed to them.
