Irrelevant. The question isn't whether it could happen - it's whether it did happen.

Based on the actions of Timothy McVeigh, it's possible that I might get murdered by an American Christian. That doesn't mean we should shut down churches.

And the difference between that and this story? At least there's credible evidence that McVeigh was guilty. We've yet to see any good evidence to support this 'botched abortion' story.

As expected, FotF takes this and pretty much, word for word almost as to CD's arguments, blows this out of proportion into an anti-abortion and Planned Parenthood issue.
