Scottish Independence: Your Opinions

Mod edit: Yes, we had these combined as they were all talking about the same thing. Now go put on your kilt and debate.

It was recently announced that a referendum would be cast on Scottish Independence in the Autum of 2014. To some this is the light at the end of a gloomy tunnel and to others it is the first signs of a miserable future. A similar vote was cast in 1979 and the thought of independance was desomated by a landslide rejection. Wat are your views on scottish independance not just Scots but everyone??

coming from Scotish ancestors i believe they should get independance

As a scot i can tell you that only a very vocal minority want independance. its barely independance. its like california wanting to break off from the USA

It was just for fun, but either way it was my opinion. I could careless if Scotland became it's own nation.

Ok, I'm a Scot and tbh theres not a very large group wanting to break from the UK. I really dont want Scotland to be independent.
