Well, Hi this may be the wrong place to post this but I can't see anywhere else.
My nation is called Das Reich Gervak.
I've already created a Custom Flag and done all the issues, I've also founded my Region called Gervakstar...

What should I do now...?

If you want to go and write badly, I recommend the IC boards up top (Nationstates etc.) and maybe the other RP boards below here. If you're a pretentious bastard, stick to NSG and argue with people more or less smart than yourself, but never equal. If you think lame shit is funny, go to Forum Seven and indulge in their comedy stylings.

Make edgy posts about how Hitler was a genius and democracy doesn't work.

Hello, and your good job with your flag. My advice is to start on the assumption that everyone hates you and work from there.

Too late. One post and you're done.

The answer lies... in the heart of battle.

It is customary to obtain a weblog in these parts.

Well, you can stay here in NSG(this is a non-roleplaying forum). If you wish to RP, International Incidents, Portal to the Multiverse and the Nationstates forum can do for you. Or, you don't have to post at all, just keep an eye on your nation then. Hope that helps.

My advice? Read none of the above replies. NSG is a scary and dangerous place.

I think this pseudo-rule is kinda an excuse for cuntery, to be honest.

We're not that scary.

7 letters: NSG, RP, GP. Pick your poison.

NSG = General; political debates
RP = Diplomacy forum, WA forum, or Portal; roleplays
GP = Gameplay; raiding/defending

Yeah but it's a mod-enforced meme for absolutely no good reason.

"Nooo don't try to inject some kind of personality into this forum, it must be reserved for arguing about Jesus and politics for some reason, if you want to talk about other things, you must congregate in the wired-off area we have assigned for this which moves at 3 pages a second".

First of all, ignore all the snide and unhelpful comments, especially from the pretentious buggers who insult RPers because they think there's something superior about arguing their whackass political views rather than creative writing.

Second of all, it's up to you. If you want to debate politics, General is the go-to place. International Incidents and NationStates are for you to RP (that is, roleplay) with your nation. Portal to the Multiverse is also an RP forum, but for RPs unrelated to your NationStates nation.

Before posting in any forum, it's a good idea to read the threads at the top of the forums, or stickies, which tell you about that particular forum's rules. As well as General and the RPing forums, there is Forum 7, which is for random shit that doesn't fit anywhere else, and there's Arts & Fiction, which more or less speaks for itself. Factbooks & National Information is for posting information about your country.

Global Economics & Trade is about business-based RPs regarding your country, where you 'buy' and 'sell' stuff. NS Sports is for RPing sporting events.

You can also join the WA, which is our version of the United Nations. This allows you to vote for resolutions and stuff, I'm not a member so I don't know much beyond that.

Finally, there's the Gameplay aspect of NationStates, which we don't talk about here on the forums because even the RPers, F7ers and Generalites tend to agree that the people who don't post on forums and do these funny things called raiding and defending are just plain odd. I gather it has something to do with the WA.

For further information visit the FAQs page.

Finally, good luck and welcome to NationStates :)

There's nothing wrong with creative writing, but let's not be insulting to those who actually do it, hmm?

Götz von Berlichingen. Goethe was merely quoting.
