No, I don't see any War on Women here.
In 2012, the FBI changed their definition from "The carnal knowledge of a female forcibly and against her will." to "The penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim."

Hilary Rosen would like to think that women who stay at home have done nothing in terms of work. The left also tends to attack conservative women harshly because they don't share the same beliefs as them.
Yeah sure. Say the GOP's doing it but deny the Democrats are doing it to conservative women. Both sides do it but the left's more hypocritical on it.

Running Dog Capitalists wrote:I would say the war on women is from the Democrat side. The side that dictates that women are required to be pro-abortion, pro-universal healthcare (But hey, Keep the government out of myuterus. How does that work again?), and, most importantly, pro-Democrat. The Democrats thrive on making women feel like victims and, by the posts here and on other sites, it has worked pretty well.
Now that is the Democrat line.
But watch how they actually treat women who do not toe that line. It is vicious and brutal. All I need remember is the anti-Hillary arguments the pro-Obama supporters threw out. No, I am not talking the whole Bros before Hoes argument although my Obama-supporting friend gave me one. If Obamacare passes the Supremes then you will see a great many women suffer because of inept healthcare and bureaucracy.
Want to hold Democrats up to the high-level scrutiny the GOP endures? Ask about the Obama WH paying women 18% less. Ask about how the Democrats regard stay-at-home mothers? How about Dunn's revelation that the WH was hostile to women? Shouldn't the WH be an egalitarian paradise? Should not the media have screamed to high heaven about this? Would they have done so if this was a Republican administration?
Continue your conversation(?) and know that this whole war on women bullshit, along with the class warfare bullshit, was engineered to supply Obama with a way to avoid talking about his actual record and accomplishments. Which suck balls. Cuz women don't care, or understand, about economic policy and such. They are more concerned with the Catholic Church telling employees they can't use contraception (they don't).
Yes, that is what is important.

In fact actually let's take it a little farther: leftists in the USA and in Canada have been attacking the traditional family, and have not offered anything better to replace it with. Conservatives have no choice but to prevent them from making further gains, because there is clearly no common ground that feminists are prepared to stand on. Looking at the results of rampant feminism in countries like Sweden is proof of this. The laws being put forward on abortion are the result of feminism refusing to come to the table to talk about sexual integrity on their own part as well as on the part of others. It's not a war on women; it's a war on feminism.

A pundit who has visited the WH more times than any General in the military and who has met with Jarrett and Obama. She is a Democrat advisor. NOW weighed in and basically agreed with Rosen's initial point. Being a stay-at-home mother basically makes you unable to comment on economics and government policy.
