Ahhh! Sacrilege!

Not really. Muhammad was in reality indentured to two individuals: Allah, and his own cat.

I (my famliy) have one dog, a mixture of Irish and Gordon Setter, so I have to say that is my favourite, although I really like sheep dogs too (don't know if that is how it is written in English, but in Norway we call it "Saudehond". I also have two cats.

Anyways, I really like Newfoundlands. I've also met some really nice bullmastiffs. However, I remember there are some small dogs I really like too, can't think of an example though.

I also like cats and rats.

you need to read up on it so you do it right. dogs have a memory of less than 5 seconds. if you dont work within that window it wont work.

I've always wanted a German Sheaperd, but my mom said we weren't going to have two dogs in the house, because our current black lab was enough, which is true enough. So I have two cats instead.

You probably know the story about how he cut off the sleeve of his robe rather than disturb his cat, who was sleeping on it. Even I wouldn't go that far. It's not like cats exactly suffer from insomnia, y'know. I'd just politely push him off and give him a pat on the head, he'll be asleep again before I'm out the door. (I just wuv wuvvy widdle puddy tats too.)

I can sympathize with him. If there's a cat on top of me and I want to go somewhere/do something else, really, too damn bad. Especially if it's over a hundred pounds of cat. And yeah, I do feel bad if I wake her up, even though, like you said, they're quite capable of passing out again an instant later.

I don't know if I like any particular breed above all others, but the individual dog I love the most is an Alaskan malamute.

Interestingly, these are the same people who harvest bear bile and use dynamite to blow up coral reefs.

Dogs R' friends.

Simple and sweet. However, cows are stupid and no one gives a shot about them. That's why we eat beef. Same goes for Pigs and pork.

understanding 2 points--dogs have a 5 second memory (its less than that for most things) and that they really want to please you--will help you in all your dog training sessions.

Some people do like cows and pigs (and no, I just mean like). I would argue, though, that unlike dogs, cats, that sort of thing, they are prey animals by nature. They expect to be eaten at some point in their lives the same way we expect to die of old age or cancer or heart disease.

5-second working memory, to be specific. Their long-term memory is just fine. Human working memory isn't that different; it starts to decay within a few seconds. We do, however, have a larger capacity than dogs (I believe).

So we're all stupid; I can live with that.

However, I still  dogs and cats.
