Agreed, I just use them to blow up crap in the Nether...

Beginning to build myself a kingdom in Creative. I've got a castle, and an NPC village, with a wall around it to keep out mobs and immigrant NPC's.

On my survival Map I also built a Kingdom that had an unfinished castle and a village that I will eventually build a wall around to keep out Mob's. There is also another NPC village across the nearby sea on the coast that I intend to turn into a kind of enclave.

If anyone here is interested in joining a dedicated SMP server, feel free to let me know. If you're going to join with the intent of griefing, don't bother. We've banned over 200 griefer/spammer/troll accounts so far, and we're not quitting any time soon.

On the current SMP server I play on the seed changed with the 1.1 update and turned my home into a snow biome, we all made jokes about an ice age coming to minecraft. We are resetting the map after we discovered all the strongholds were deleted though.

The owner of the server I play on has just merged ours with another server (against our will) and now we're waiting for our map to be transferred/

All the Plug Ins broke on the server i play on when the owner installed Multi World. Server is still not up though so i can only assume it has been deleted.

My server I play on is a private one just me and some friends and its hosted on an extra computer we all pitched in for.

The minecraft server i play on is up again. Not bored anymore. I also finished my mountain home. I am a horrible builder so i won't even post pictures because it's pretty small.

Not happy. Friend's parents decided he can't run the server except on weekends now. Pity just when we were getting everything together.

Anyone excited for 1.2 with Ocelots. The Zombie AI Thing is gonna be really bad for me because my house is floating 4 or 5 blocks above the ground and i just know that they are gonna go hide under it. Oceloths will be nice though

I don't use wolves or even a normal livestock farm so i could care less about another vanity mob being added. At least they'll look nice but being required to create a new world even when the update is finished to get jungles is horrible.

Just made myself a cobblestone generator which if left to it's own devices for a few minutes, will make 93 blocks of the stuff. You remove it from the collection box and it'll start again.

I've never really seen the point of automated cobblestone generators. You still have to mine the stuff so it's still just as effective and efficient to make the dual block generator.

mine only makes 48 blocks. But once you break it. It will regenerate in less than 10 seconds.
