Nightfall, nice. But anyway, on a more serious note, since most of you here seem to like Candlemass, I think you would like Messiah Marcolin's pre-Candlemass band, Mercy. They have a good first album, and the opening song is absolutely killer in terms of music, with comical lyrics to accompany it. I Am The Beast, I'm Your Pervert PRIEST!!!

Gotta check them out. I kinda liked his post-Candlemass band as well, Memento Mori.

Bewitched is the cheesiest music video of all time. Even Dead looks like a cartoon in it, though to be fair he would always look a bit like a cartoon.

Not even half as cheesy as The Call of the Wintermoon :p

You got me there. But I still don't even know if that was trying to be serious or not. Bewitched is too obviously meant to be silly.

Yeah. I don't know if anybody could interpret Bewitched as meant to be serious.

I actually can't recall ever listening to Opeth beyond a couple of songs, which of their albums would you recommend me to check out?

I don't know why, but I have a harder time remembering what Eparistera Daimones sounds like compared to the most recent Triptykon album or the last Celtic Frost album. It's not that I dislike it, and I rated it very highly, I just have a hard time remembering specifically what songs are which compared to others. May be because I've heard the last Celtic Frost album more, or something, I'm not really sure.

If you want the opinion of the guy who worships Opeth...Ghost Reveries or Watershed is a good place to start but if you want more of a death metal background, Still Life. Blackwater Park is the single greatest album of all time in my humble opinion.

That would probably be it. Melana Chasmata completely wowed me, more than Eparistera did. These days Tom G. can do nothing wrong.

You have not lived until you've sat at the edge of sanity with your mind in flames at the gates of the nihilist grave to have the merciless arch enemy unleashed to cause carnage and dismember the crown and it's hypocrisy. In the wake your true god macabre shall bathe in dark tranquility while you will know morbid dissection and in the end you will be buried face down forever Entombed.

Headbanging Goals

He snaps every bone in his neck at about 16-17 seconds in and for the rest of the video. Holy shit did this guy go hard. Probably couldn't move his head at all for weeks after that.

I couldn't help but laugh watching it though

Tbh most people look ridiculous headbanging with short hair and you can never take them seriously.

Now I've seen headbanging but this is some next level shit. Guy gets my respect even with that receding hairline thing he's got going on.
