From the ones I've heard, It'd be Pinkie's Singing Telegram. I have it as a mod that replaces the normal engineer dispenser sounds with an 8-bit version of TF2.

As far as 8-bit versions of MLP go, I'd say The Ticket Song (Twilight is My Bestest Friend) translates the best.

I'm somewhat disappointed that there's no 8-bit version of The Flim Flam Brothers Song.
