Actually, I tried it, and it's not really "sugar-loaded." It tastes like a blander version of Lucky Charms.

Well that just sucks the fun out of it! The entire reason for eating Lucky Charms is all the freakin' sugar! Or... well, high-fructose corn syrup, anyway?

So, I'm wondering just how a Frozen sequel could possibly work. I mean, Elsa has damn near deific levels of power. The only reason the first one worked was because she filled a "villain" role, which won't be possible in a second movie. So, who's going to possibly pose a threat against her? I suppose they could always end Frozen 2 in a DBZ-type battle, but somehow I doubt that's Disney's style. :p

I always figured it would involve Elsa going on some epic quest to found out where her powers come from and if there are any others like her, while meanwhile Anna learns the ropes of being a good politician.

That... would actually make for an interesting story. I mean, the setting already has magic established as a thing, and from the troll asking in the prologue whether Elsa was born with her powers or cursed, that would imply that curses and less naturally occurring varieties of magic exist. It wouldn't be a stretch to assume that there are other people naturally gifted with magical powers, and those envious of them.

I know OUAT isn't canon, but it opened the pretty interesting idea of it running in Elsa and Anna's family with their ice-powered maternal aunt.

This leads me to think it would be pretty awesome if the story of their aunt and mother was like the sisters', but one that didn't have a happy ending. Not following the story of OUAT (mostly because I didn't watch it at all, only read some wikis), but something derived.

It would be interesting to see Anna locked away in an evil wizard's tower as punishment in the sequel.

I don't know about punishment, hostage maybe. Though since a sequel is meant to allow characters to grow, I think it would kind of pull Anna backward to have her play damsel.

Yes, but it will not surpass the first movie. The central conflict in that one was emotional in nature. A movie about an "epic quest" would almost necessarily be action-orientated. The former is simply better than the latter, and I don't care if that makes me sound snobbish.

"Let It Go" was played at my school today before 6th period. Elsa the Snow Queen would probably approve.
