Guys you all need to realize Elsa is a strong independent woman that don't need no man. Also stop harassing GW somebodies already been banned for it and it's obviously what GW wants anyways.

Who says Elsa can't have a modern, reasonably equal relationship with a man? (Or, for fans who are into that sort of thing, another woman.)

And guys, seriously. Other fandom threads have That One Guy that is unpopular for various reasons, and you know how the participants deal with them? They don't engage. If you don't want to put up with GW's bizarre fan theories, then stop taking the bait when he brings it up. It takes two to have a discussion, and not engaging ensures you don't get into a situation where your irritation gets you into trouble with the mods.

I am plenty accepting of others. I know incest shippers are out there, and I choose to simply avoid them and their fanworks rather than go on a pointless campaign of harassment against them.

Yeah, after some of the stupid bullshit I saw (and was targeted by) in the Danny Phantom fandom, I am firmly of the opinion that "A fan is a fan is a fan." Seriously, fetishes, ships, weird quirks and so on aside, fans of any stripe still have that common ground of being a goddamned fan, and thus deserving of a modicum of respect. It's not like somebody's forcing me to look at stuff that I disagree with, my browser has a perfectly good Back button!

'Sides, I imagine Frozen has a big enough fandom that it's very easy to avoid stuff you dislike and find stuff that you do like! Why waste all that effort to try and tear somebody else's fun down (which won't work,) when it can instead be spent creating something you DO like?

He has a very humanlike quality, something I like. The movie would have (IMO) been much better with Sven as the comic relief. Olaf was just plain unnecessary.

Disney makes movies for children, so it's not exactly unexpected for them to pander to that audience. Frozen's following among older viewers was no doubt unexpected, and even if it weren't, Disney wouldn't reshape the movie to aim it at a group outside its demographic.
