Fake or real ones? As a kid I bought them like crazy and played the game with other kids.Of course no one knew the rules and I had a 120 cards deck.My main tactic was to summon a Exodia card (without the parts) and say I won

I now play again cause of DuelingNetwork.com

I used to be a Yugioh freak, probably to the degree of obsession. I have a huge collection of cards, multiple deck themes, and I used to compete in weekly tournaments. At some point though, my best Synchro monsters (the white ones) were either lost or stolen (I think the latter), and my game was thrown off. Eventually I decided the endless pursuit of cards was pure folly and I stopped playing. Now I'm at the point where the game actually bores me. I've been sober for 3 years now.

As far as the anime, it was ok. The original was good. GX was best imo. The series started to go south with 5Ds for me...

I also have an exodia deck. If anyone is looking for a place for tournaments a great placce to go is Your Hobby Place, they have tournaments almost every Thursday at 630. Its only 5 dollars and you get a pack of cards.

I haven't played Yu-Gi-Oh! since Primary school. I remember having a trap card I can't remember, the Dark Magician and one magic card. I didn't really collect or play much.
I recently saw the original Anime (Not Duel Monsters but "season 0"). No duelist kingdom or competition, yet at least, it's more like the post-Pegasus arc where Ishtar and Shadi are introduced.

We all have are own opinions but Ive been playing for about five years, my first card was some sort of princess that my best guy friend gave me. Then it just started from there.

The thing I hate about yugioh now is that theyve put a ban on cards. Lik one of my faves is Pot of Greed. My first tournament(I was lucky this wasnt nationals or anything super big) I had a pot of greed in my deck and the guy told me it was banned.

That was a really good card and I had to find a a replacement. Thank God for Pot of Duality!!!
