Ah. Don't worry, writing isn't for everyone, at least professional writing isn't. I'd actually say I consider myself a better writer than a drawer (I didn't stop doing creative writing in 8th grade like I did drawing). I once considered doing a fic myself, but I couldn't bring myself to do it. I don't know, I don't feel like warping the show too much is something I'd be good at. I mean I guess I wouldn't necessarily have to take it too far out of context, but I also feel like I'd just end up doing it anyways.
In the mean time, I don't see a problem with leaving it to the pros, or the brave amateurs.
I would like to do creative writing, it's just that I suck at details. If I collaborated with someone I could pull something off. I can come up with good ideas and develop them a little more, but not in excruciating detail.
I would like to do a film. The camera does all the descriptions for you, all that is needed is a story. People like to use all of their senses when experiencing something.
