Well in better news, the V2 converter works perfectly for the basic 1444 start.
With some abnormalities.U zbek was renamed "Bukhara" for some reason. Hesse became "Hesse-Darmstadt". But I'm sure those are just naming differences.

IIRC Bukhara was an Uzbek Khanate(?) that appeared in the late EU4 era. As for Hesse, it split later in EU4 IIRC, meaning that Vicky has tags for its successors. And just as I assume that it doesn't create a new tag for France, it decided to use an existing tag for Hesse (and Uzbek).

Indeed. There's a strange mix between obviously new tags (such as Ming, the Timurids, etc.) and obviously recycled once (Bohemia-Moravia instead of just Bohemia, Egypt instead of Mamluks, etc.).

I really want to try this now. Though, in my current Kebab game it's the 1720s or so and I haven't even mastered India yet, so clearly I am doing something wrong.
