In my defense, I have tried to make an offsite forum for my region.

I would like to point that, my delegate, Apercoriabajaia is somehow banned from the forums and it seems so every time I try to get an unbanned website. I had no choice, but create the assembly available for everyone including the delegate in Acheron as well as easier access to the Assembly from NationStates.

This is not spam. If so, I would like a source to why my thread is spam.

It isn't appropriate to Gameplay. You can have your regional discussions on your RMB, or you can use an offsite forum - simple, easy, free. But this business of 'This is where we will do our meetings' end of, is neither roleplay (which doesn't belong in GP to begin with) nor appropriate GP discussion. If you want to promote your region, go for it - but that's a recruitment/interest sort of thread, not 'hey guys, I'm here' - 'ok, what do you want to do about $thing?' - 'I dunno, should we wait for $nationname to show up first?' thing that those tend to devolve into. Hope that clarifies.
