The question is stated above. However I don't know if this is the right forum to post this so I apologize in advance.

Since there is thread ownership in II, I'm pretty sure the mods leave it to OPs to remove unwanted players from their RPs. There aren't any forum rules against godmodding, so the mods can't really do anything about it anyway.

Also, this should be in Moderation.

While she had no regrets about throwing the lever to douse her husband's mistress in molten gold, Blanche did feel a pang of conscience for the innocent bystanders whose proximity had caused them to suffer gilt by association.

Godmodding is a community convention; it is not against the rules. Moderation does not police such matters.

If you believe a player to have godmodded, I would suggest attempting to reach a compromise with them in a polite and civil fashion, either in the thread or (if you are concerned tensions may run high in public) via telegram. If that does not work, no one can force you to play with someone you do not want to play with; equally, no one can force another player to adhere to community conventions - though refusing to adhere to them in some way can easily result in said player having fewer potential roleplay partners.

Oh thanks for clarifying!
