I'm 99% sure the answer is no. I believe Iron Crosses are allowed though.

What about pictures of, say, Nazi marches that need to include swastikas for historical accuracy?
Capitalism, single-payer healthcare, pro-choice, LGBT rights, progressive personal taxation, low corporate tax, pro-business law, welfare for those in need.
Nazism, edgism, dogmatic statements, most of Abrahamic-derived morality (esp. as law), welfare for those not in need.

For historical roleplay purposes only. If you're participating in some RP that's set in World War II, for example, and in the context of this you use an image containing a swastika, there's nothing wrong with that. Beyond that it's banned. And envelope-pushing isn't cute or tolerated.

Yes, you can, depending on how you use it. Essentially, as long as it isn't an OOC celebration of the Nazi regime or its policies of genocide, you should be fine.

You can but exercise caution with your use. If you're doing it for RP, it is likely acceptable, but as an out-of-character glorification/celebration of Nazi politics and its regime, let's not.

Pictures for historical purposes, such as debate are allowed but should be contained under spoiler tags.

The Iron Cross is an acceptable alternative afaik

It's acceptable depending on the uses.

People have gotten away with using Nazi regalia on their forum posts, even the Swastika, in order to do RPing and informational debates.

There's a difference between pointing out something about the Nazi flag, or talking about the Nazis, and directly saying "Heil Hitler" and using a Swastika.

Re-iterating Kryo's statement with regards to the swastika, iron cross, etc. Also will provide a link to the site policy on malicious content. Caution should be used pretty much regardless of what image you post; context is key here. If you're posting something that is glorifying violence, for example, it's very likely to be come down on swiftly; if you're posting an image that is used in a roleplay, this is less likely, but In-Character posting is not a blank check to violate the rules. Obviously if you're posting something obscene, of course, that's going to get removed with punitive actions to follow.

Use a degree of caution, sit back and think about why you're posting it, and adhere to the rules.

Hope that helps.
