1. Cuba doesn't have the right to control territory it legally ceded control of to the United States. Sovereignty doesn't trump agreements you entered into under your own sovereignty

2. They should be, and the US is wrong to not support Palestinian independence.

1. Cuba LEASED the territory, it didn't SELL it. Contracts get cancelled, changed all the time.
