I have no problem with that; it's a properly marked recruitment telegram, and I recently set my inbox not to block them. However, half an hour ago, I received this telegram: (15994024)

It's marked as an "organization" telegram, seemingly specifically to get around the 28-day ratelimit. Is this actionable?
