I'm trying to make a group for my nation, but I'm not entirely sure if one of the images is allowed.

Could I have some advice on what is ok and what is not ok for Factbook images?

If you have to ask, then the safe bet is to assume the answer is going to be "no". It’s clearly pushing the limits, so ... "no".
