It is extremely poor etiquette to use puppets for things such as:
-An NSG debate to artificially make it appear that more people hold your opinion than is true.
-A roleplay thread to make it seem like there is a huge coalition in a war.

Some people can use puppets in RP quite well. Some can't. In this particular instance, I see no evidence of puppetwanking, I see an roleplay region application thread.
