I'm pretty sure we've been over this. "In character persona" or whatever for your nation doesn't really mean anything in this, or nearly any context. The standard is what an average user would think when they read it. I'd say from this report we have the answer to that question.

You were just banned for a week on March 5. Do you really think "In character persona or not" that is constituted a good idea? I doubt it. You need to reevaluate your posting if you did, because your next stop is deletion if this behavior continues.

You know better than this. You know F7 isn't in character, so the entirely thing about it being IC is immaterial. You also know he wasn't talking about himself, but the nation above him, since its part of the thread.

Lastly, as previously stated, its also a good idea to think about how what you're about t say could be misconstrued. Especially when you have have extensive history of rule breaking.
