Do we need a threat just for gloating when others are banned? Anyways:

This thread is so quiet whenever Lyt is banned.

I thought that gloating about the bans of others was not considered acceptable, so just leaving this one here.

This is not gloating and not my intention since I would use more effective words or some smilies. This was a remark with neutral conotations since Lyt was banned there was indeed rarelly posts on that thread, especially when I posted a day or two after Lyt got banned (just check the dates and time when I posted and when he got banned). There was also similar cases where people said the same for Camelza in the Falkand thread and about Manisdog when he stopped his anti-British derail in some topics.

Recently Estonia had a military parade in mostly Russian city of Narva, fuetering US "friends" and their hardware. The message was something like "Estonia Stronk!" and looked like an attempted act to terrify the locals.

Luckily, on the second day of this patriotic fervor there was on 80 lvl pro-Russian troll, who, well, trolled entire estonian army - by waving Russian flag and singing Russian national anthem.

This is a specific reference to a recent news event in Estonia, not an individual on this site. Shofercia's report, in contrast, refers to gloating by a member of this forum regarding the recent banning of a member of this forum for actionable behaviour.


I'll consider the merit of your initial appeal for a warning for gloating entirely separately from the above point, but it doesn't help your case to subsequently attempt to bolster your appeal on spurious grounds unrelated to the original report and appeal.

My apologies, you are right. I have confused you with Calimera II who is an Argentinian and who is passionate about the Falklands.

Maybe I am wrong, but gloating can refer to anybody and anything. If Lyt is happy about the Russian provocation during the Estonian millitary parade and shows that it is not different if somebody would be happy about him being banned and showing thisv (which again I have not because I would use some effectiver words and even smilies; it was not my intention and would even deleted).

However, that said, I am rescinding your warning as I'm satisfied that despite the fact that you and Lytenburgh are hardly friends, the reported post was a simple observation rather than active gloating.

For the record, I am not warning Lytenburgh either as I don't consider his post to be actionable.
