The poster appears to be claiming that the Republican policy on immigration (which isn't even a unified policy) is inherently based on racism, and any opposition to Obama's executive order is bcuz racist.

The Republicans will be too drunk on success to do anything besides gloat and cockblock Obama even more because he has the audacity to give Those Damn Wetbacks amnesty.

If he were going to call people racist without backing it up then he could at least do without the racial slur...

He's not calling anyone "wetbacks," but rather saying that that's how the Republicans in Congress see what the President is doing. Not actionable. Neither is the one about wanna-ba warlords.
